After much anticipation, Fizogen, the leading sports nutrition manufacturer in the country has teamed up with good friend, 5-Time UFC and current Heavy Weight Champion Randy “The Natural” Couture to finally open the most elite MMA training facility in the South East!
Fizogen Xtreme Couture Gym is 7500 Square Feet, complete with an MMA Ring, MMA Circle Cage, Fenced in matted grappling areas, advanced strength and conditioning equipment and the best trainers in the world for elite Mixed Martial Arts! Fizogen has a FULL TIME staff of trainers that we have brought in from all parts of the world specializing in the major fighting disciplines including Brazillian Jui Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing and of course… MMA! Fizogen also has a part time staff consisting of some of the biggest names in the fight game including Randy Couture, Wanderlei Silva, Mike Pyle and more professional MMA fighters! We are continuously making contacts to insure this gym is the best environment in the world to become a champion, or simply train and feel like one!
 10/06/07 Fizogen Xtreme Couture wins our first two MMA fights, both by submission! Igor Almeda (pro 2-0 record).
 David Hayes (Am 1-0 record) were successful in Alexandria, Louisiana during the gyms first official MMA fights!
 10/20/07 NAGA Superfight in Miami with Renato "Babalu" Sobral represented Fizogen Xtreme Couture Gym and won! Babalu secured several takedowns to core a victory over a worthy opponent that has had a win over Check Congo in the UFC!

 10/21/07 6:00 - 8:00 PM The day after his NAGA battle, Renato "Babalu" Sobral conducted an MMA Seminar for Fizogen Xtreme Couture Gym. It was an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the most technically proficient fighters in the world!

Carlos "Carlito's Way" Iraburo!!
Carlos is the General Manager at Fizogen Xtreme Couture MMA and on Saturday, October 27th, he competed at TAMMA's "Battle at The Border" in Del Rio, Texas. He won a convincing Unanimous Decision victory in a three round battle inside the cage against a tough Baltazar Acosta from San Antonio, TX. This brings Carlos' amateur MMA record to a perfect 3-0!! Carlos plans on fighting again in early 2008.
